Sadler Health Center is looking for a Dental Coordinator to join our team. 

You will support our Mission to advance the health of our community. Sadler provides comprehensive primary care, including medical, dental, behavioral health, medication-assisted treatments and case management services to our patients and neighbors in Cumberland and Perry County! We need someone motivated and organized to ensure our dental clinic runs smoothly. Responsibilities include providing exemplary patient care and supporting our dental team. As the Dental Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our dental clinic.

Coordinator Responsibilities (30%):

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, serving as a role model for the dental team.
• Take ownership of projects and collaborate with the Dental Manager.
• Ensure accurate documentation and assisting in overseeing inventory and compliance with standards.
• Assist in driving quality improvement efforts and contribute to team goals.

Clinic Team Support (70%):

• Cover clinic schedule vacancies and assist patients both in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate with the Front Office team for efficient communication.
• Provide chairside assistance and perform dental treatment procedures independently.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience working at multiple locations and with a multiple provider office.
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a full time Dental Assistant.
• Must have hold an active Basic Life/CPR Support and DANB Radiation Health and Safety Certification.
• Must be able to travel to our different locations on a regular basis

Preferred:

Bilingual language skills.

Unrestricted Extended Function PA License or Active Certified Dental Assistant 

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a generous PTO benefit! This is an hourly position pay for this role is $24-27 based on experience and licensure/certifications held.
